Tools needed for new job

I have been accepted for a new job starting very soon and they require me to have my own tools and test equipment. I also need to equip my truck in order to be able to transport a 28 foot ladder (one of the many things I need to buy). I have about 4 weeks of training before they send me out on my own. Once I am on my own i will need to have my own tools. I went over the list of tools that they want me to have and what I need to add to my truck in order to transport a 28 foot ladder and came up to about $2500 worth of items. I might be able to cut some things off the list but I won't know for sure until I start training/working. I attached pictures of the tool list they sent me. If you happen to have any of the items laying around that you don't use any more that would be helpful as well. Please let me know first so I don't end up getting a dozen of the same tool. Those of you that know me know I hate asking for help but I don't see any other alternative. Anything at all helps. Thank you in advance!
