Tony's transplant

I'm in need to have a kidney Trasplant for the last 5 years, my son Joseph it's a complete Match and he's willing to donate one of his kidneys. The money it's for him to come from Puerto Rico and go through the surgery and stay here in NJ for a recuperating period till the Drs. Give him the ok to go back to PR. The money will be use to provide for his family wile he is here my insurance will pay for the surgery and I will pay for the time he will be with me.
