Tonya's med insurance deductable

On Sept 7, my friend Tonya suffered a debilitating stroke. While Tonya does have health insurance, her deductable is $6000 and unfortunately does not have the money necessary to pay this high deductable or the associated costs incurred while working through her medical emergancy. Tonya will be expected to spend weeks in physical therapy, working to regain normal mobility and brain funtion.
