Tony Lacey has had a cardiac arrest in Poland

Hi, my name is amber I am making a fundraiser to help a close friend and their family.

Tony and June went on holiday to Poland. Whilst out in Poland Tony has suffered a cardiac arrest which has resulted in him needed emergency surgery to have a stent fitted into his heart. Tony can not leave the country until he is fit to fly. He is currently in hospital however when they discharge him he has to stay in that country until he can get a fit to fly note. This means that the family will have to pay for him to stay in Poland in a hotel until further notice. Also the family have just found out that he didn’t have any travel insurance, he thought it was in with his health insurance which it wasn’t.

The money raised will help towards Tony to stay in Poland until he is able to come back and a family member to stay with him in Poland as he is confused due to the lack of oxygen to his brain when he had the cardiac arrest.
