Team Tom Kane!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom at work where we are all a big happy family. As in any family when someone is in need we come together to offer a helping hand.  Recently, Tom was diagnosed with a form of terminal cancer. And today, I am asking for help for our friend Tom in paying for the medication that will not only extend his life, but give him the quality of life he deserves.


Tom is one of the most thoughtful humans I’ve ever met, and he gives to others every single day of his life. In addition to working full time he was also a volunteer firefighter, worked to help the homeless and fostered and cared for countless children in need. That's the kind of guy he is, always putting others first and he always will.


And now, as Tom’s family, we feel it’s our turn to give back. We are hoping to raise as much as possible to help with this life changing medicine. Currently the medication Tom needs is is $8,000 every 14 days. And, he will need this medicine for 12 weeks and he needs it asap. His insurance has denied him coverage due to the level of dosage he needs. With this medication, Tom’s life can extend for years. And, if you’ve ever met Tom, you will agree we want him around as long as possible.
