Harvey Relief - Linzer Family

Donation protected
As you have seen, Hurrican Harvey has devastated the Houston area. Included in the large number of people who have lost their homes are Tomica and Jeffery Linzer. Tomica is a long-time and well-loved member of the West U Elementary family. Jeffery works at the Huntington on Kirby.

Their first-floor apartment on North Braeswood, about 20 feet from Braes Bayou, flooded last Friday night. While Jeffery was at work, Tomica was rescued by a Coast Guard air boat and taken to George R Brown where she eventually found help from a West U family. The Linzers are currently staying with Nurse Paula until other arrangements can be made. They have lost everything but some clothes they were able to save and their car (which sustained some water damage). Their apartment is uninhabitable and a complete loss.

Friends of West U Elementary have set up this page to help raise funds for them in hopes to provide relief throughout this difficult time. Any amount is appreciated. Thank you to those who have already reached out and helped in any way possible! We know the Linzers are thankful to be apart of such an amazing and giving community!  100% of the funds donated will be given to the Linzers to help with rebuilding their lives.
