TogetherMask™ - Getting Masks to the Front Lines

The Beginning
The company RoddyMedical LLC was founded by a nurse (Lindsey Roddy) to create products that would protect her patients and the healthcare workers who cared for them. In this COVID 19 crisis, it was a natural transition to rally the RoddyMedical startup team alongside a brilliant group of engineers, doctors, nurses (from local universities and hospitals) and community partners to create a mask that clinical staff could trust to protect them.
The Product
With team collaboration, the group was able to fast track the normal 6‐12 months of design and production into just 4 weeks. The patent pending mask utilizes existing medical grade filters and medical‐grade materials. The face gasket features a skin biocompatible material with soft touch for comfort and ease of fit. The mask is made for easy cleaning and reuse to help combat the mask shortage, and is clear so that patients can see the doctors' and nurses' faces.
How You Can Help
With very positive reviews from clinical staff, the team is moving forward to ramp production. Initial masks have been assembled in a local facility with the help of medical students and other volunteers from the community. However, to meet the need in the community and beyond the team is asking for help to fund initial production costs to get these masks to front-line heroes. Your donation will help us put masks on faces.
