Support for the Spencer Family

This campaign is on behalf of the Jacobs family to support my sister-in-law, Samantha Spencer and her son, Nathan "Nate" Spencer, through their devastating loss.
On Saturday, July 9, 2016, Samantha's husband and Nate's father, Todd Spencer, was riding his motorcycle with friends near Roanoke Rapids, NC, when he suffered a medical emergency and passed away unexpectedly. His family is devastated and is grateful for the outpouring of support from their community, loved ones, family and friends. Many have expressed a desire to help Samantha and Nate in anyway that they can.
Contributions will go directly to the family to support funeral expenses, bills, everyday expenses, and anything else the family needs during this difficult time. Because Todd passed away out of state, there will be additional expenses incurred in order to bring him home. The hurt the Spencer family is feeling is indescribable. We want to do everything within our power to help.
Todd was an amazing husband and best friend to Samantha, a dedicated father to Nate and his other children - Nikki and Samuel - and a doting grandpa to Kacie and Brody. Todd died doing what he loved in the company of his brothers - his riding family - and we all are so grateful for everything they have done.
We are thankful to everyone for their love and support during this difficult time. Funeral information will be posted as it becomes available.
