Get Toby to The Vet!

This is Toby, our family rescue dog :) he's getting old, and recently developed some kind of mystery illness-- large, swollen lumps everywhere appeared overnight. He's lethargic, and just started developing bald patches in some places.

We took him to the vet when this first started, and they couldn't tell what was wrong. So they gave us a month of steroids and painkillers. It helped for a while, but the swelling never TRULY went away, and now he's starting to decline again now that we're out of medicine.

I want to take him to another vet for a second opinion-- even just a diagnosis so I know WHAT'S wrong. My suspicion is cancer, but I don't want to assume that if it's something that could be treatable.
