To the family of Daniel Murawski

My name is Taylor, and I'm the first born child of Daniel Murawski, who passed away suddenly the morning of January 10th. There is a fair chance you might already know of my father, because he made friends where ever he went. And if you've never spoken to him, you might recall his 6'8" stature instead. If you never had the chance to meet him, Dad loved gaming, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Warhammer 40k, good food, and above all else, his family. He was a Phi Kappa Psi, and he he helped run gaming conventions on the East coast. Dad was actively involved in so many communities, from Pokemon Go to miniature war gaming. And while he is well remembered by his hobbies, he is best remembered for his dedication to his family.

He is leaving behind his wife Rae Ann, his two adult children, myself and my brother Zackary, and two young children, Jadazara and Jacek, 12 and 9 years old. I had the absolute privilege of a very full, and rewarding almost 29 years with my father. For almost thirty years, I was lucky enough to receive my father's love, wisdom, and time. Though the loss is no more or less for myself as it is for the rest of my family, my young siblings will not have the same time that I was so fortunate to get. My stepmother has lost her partner and pillar of support, and I cannot even begin to understand her loss, despite having lost the same person.

I am putting together this memorial gofundme in the event that anyone might feel so inclined to support my family during this devastating time. If you would like to support the family that my father cherished so much, his treasures, as they face this tragedy, perhaps in lieu of flowers, I am setting this up so that it is possible. I am hoping to help relieve some of the financial burden upon my family to help with funeral costs, bills, food, whatever they might need during this time. All donations will be going directly to my stepmother to support her and my young siblings.
