To help with Harries surgery & vet bills.

Hi,

My name is Helen and I have set up this page on behalf of a dear friend Angie. Angie rescued Harrie & his sister, Mia giving them a loving home but unfortunately, Harrie was involved in a freak accident, through no one's fault, which resulted in terrible injuries to his lower half.

Harrie had an initial operation at his local vets here in Brighton but due to the severity of his injuries, he was referred and taken to The Royal Veterinary College in London. Thankfully after a lot of research from the College Harrie was able to receive surgery and we are hoping will recover well.

Angie has insurance which has covered the initial huge costs but there are many more costs to come, and rather large ones understandably.

I suggested to Angie that we set up this fundraiser page to help with costs, as we would love to help get Harrie the care he needs and him home to his sister Mia, who is missing him.

Angie often raises funds for other charities and helps many people within our community here in Brighton U.K. but she now needs our help.

She is such a wonderful lady and a beautiful friend to many that I'm sure many of us will want to show her our love & support.

I have added an initial target but this will change once Angie receives the final bills through.

These bills I will of course add to this page for transparency and also I will keep everyone updated about his recovery. I do know that he may be coming home on Tuesday 18th July, but we also know there will be a lot of aftercare ahead.

Thank you for reading and I would like to add that we understand that we are all feeling the financial pinch at the moment but no amount is too small. Every act of generosity and support, whether big or small, will mean the world to Angie, and of course, help Harrie get back to being the playful little cat he is. If any donations go over the target we will donate this to a cat charity of our choice.
