For Leslie Gabrielle Upshaw.

I met my girlfriend a year ago, Leslie Gabrielle Upshaw. We met online and we hit things off, we were starting our senior year of highschool. We fell in love and started dating, like many highschool couples we had dreams to go off to college together and live together. I come from a family that’s not financially stable, a mom and her boyfriend her are both immigrants trying to support a family of 5. She however was more financially stable than me, regardless we both worked hard and made that dream a reality. We fly over to Arizona and I started out this past semester at The University of Arizona and she was going to start this spring. I paid for everything the first 3 months with everything i had until I ran out of money, then she started to and was going to continue to for some months because of money she would get through her tribe. We were living our dreams and making plans for 2021, getting ready to tackle it together but sadly things took a turn for the worst. We flew back to our families for the holidays and that’s when i got the news. December 30th 2020 she passed away in the hospital due to blood clots in her lungs. I am devastated, she had so much live for and had a kind heart, she didn’t deserve this. Sadly in the world we live in time doesn’t stop for you no matter the issue. I have nothing, not even enough money to fly back to the apartment me and her had or to pay for january rent. I am asking for help from anyone, any little amount helps. 

I want to be able to complete the dreams me and her had, it’s the least I can do for her. I need help though to get back on my feet and find a well paying job to get me started but things are tough especially through this pandemic and I hope some people can. I want to do this for Leslie so please help me finish the dreams me and her had together. I appreciate any donations, thank you.
