To find missing brother in Taiwan, Dave Broderick

My brother, David Allan Broderick, has been missing in Taiwan since November 2016 under mysterious circumstances. I have been informed that to speak to the Taiwanese authorities I must present myself before them, in Taiwan, to get any questions answered about his disappearance. I am seeking my family and friends help and that of the public to help me accomplish this. Dave is my only sibling and I need to find out what happened to him. The breakdown of what has been spent so far is as follows: Birth certificate for myself from Germany $60 (40 euros) Long form birth certificate for my brother $25 Sending all information via Express post to and pre-paid envelope from Taiwan embassy in Canada plus processing fees $55 International drivers license $84 (2 times 42) Round trip airfare from Toronto to Taipei for two people $3670 Total spent so far = $3894 Tickets are booked for July 13th with a return date of July 24th, 2019. I will still incur expenses for the following: transportation in Taiwan, accommodations, food, translator and any other incidentals. After receiving cash donations from family and friends I have decreased the GoFundMe amount from $7500 down to $3000.
