To clean out the delph and inglewood ponds

Im looking too raise the money required to provide the correct protective equipment in order to clean both inglewood and the delph ponds out safely & also to hire a skip to put all the horrible waste thats been left in these ponds over the years , this is completely non profitable and any money left over will be donated back intoo another local community fund raiser , please help me fix these ponds
