Amy’s Skin Removal Surgery After Losing 260lbs Naturally!


My name is Amy , and I’m 28 years old from Pennsylvania. At my heaviest weight in 2017 , I was 472 pounds. I’ve been overweight my whole life I’ve tried countless diets. In December of 2019 I began the 
Strict KETO diet and lifestyle. 

Two weeks into my lifestyle change , I herniated 7 disks in my lower back and was immobile for most of 2020.

I continued with my KETO lifestyle, despite my injury I was determined to become healthy. Seeking professional medical help from my chiropractor and spine specialist has helped me recover slowly. 

I am 14 months into my KETO journey and I am 185lbs down and 260 lbs down over all since my heaviest weight in 2017  

Now that I’ve worked so hard and come so far I’m left with a lot of loose skin . On my stomach and thighs  it gathers the worst. It comes with extra cleaning and care. I am proud to have lost this weight ! I now would love to look into a Panniculectomy.  

Unfortunately, these surgeries unless deemed medically necessary  can cost upwards of 20K-30K for complete panniculectomy and anesthesiology.
