My Last Family Holiday

Hello my name is Paula Joyce and I have terminal cancer, I don’t know whether this has been my last Christmas or if I can get another one. I would love to have one last family holiday with my sons and granddaughters. My youngest son Stephen is 13 and I want to make as many memories that I can for him.

I have been so fortunate already within my struggles to receive such positive love and support from kind people and I just hope I can reach out onelast time and ask your help for me and my family.
