Funeral and expenses

An innocent life was taken Julio Mendez known as Junior. He was tragically killed by gunfire in Amarillo Texas 06/22/2022. A child on his way to the swimming pool. He was visiting family for the summer as he often did. The shooting took place early midday. He was only 13 and so very smart, kind and happy. JR was a straight A student at Mcdonald Middle School in Mesquite Texas. He leaves behind siblings Julian, Lalani, Jovoni and Jordan. His mother Jackie is devastated. Asking for prayers first most. Any donation will go towards funeral expenses.
