Fund for TJ Valentine

Early on the morning of Monday, April 9, my brother, TJ, lost his apartment and everything he owns to a house fire. You can read more about it by clicking here .

Luckily, TJ was already awake after a late third-shift, so he was able to react when the fire started. He managed to escape from his third-floor apartment before the roof collapsed, and he watched from outside, barefoot, as the fire quickly overtook his apartment, destroying all of his belongings. TJ is currently staying with immediate family, but he is still in shock and trying to get his life back in order one day at a time.

While we're grateful he was able to make it out in time, we're heartbroken to think of what it will take to rebuild a life from scratch. I feel very helpless being so remote, but I have high hopes that this campaign will show him that he is supported during this challenging time and that together, we can help him recover from this loss.
