Titus tough

Hello. I am raising money for the vet bills and required surgery for my puppy. He is about 4 months old and I was told that the back end weakness I have been seeing is severe early onset hip dysplasia. He is a Bernese mountain dog and will be well over 100lbs. The vet told me that due to how much he is already struggling he will need a total hip replacement (which was estimated at a low end from them at 3k per hip... not including post op medication, braces or any issues or surgeries down the road, or the xrays).
My heart is being ripped out of my chest. He is part of my family and I want the best for him. He a sweet, loving, strong pup. We have been doing physical therapy to try to help him and he is such a trooper. He has gotten better about going up steps and slight hills, but he gets so tired so quickly. Often he struggles to even stand up from laying down. I will hold his belly to support him through various activities. Titus tried so hard. He runs around chasing the kids and tries to play with his brother (mini golden doodle) but often his back end just gives out. Once he was able to balance on the window to get some “good air” for the drive, but sadly as he has gotten bigger he can no longer support himself to do so  

please help me provide him the surgery he needs so that he can walk and run and play. We are going for our pre op x rays next week I just want him to have a long happy life. The breeder was willing to take him back , but he is not a piece of damaged clothing that we can just return. Titus is a part of our hearts and we want to give him the best life we can.
