Hope & Funds for Tiyumba Youth in Ghana!

The Tiyumba Youth Development & Cultural Center is building a future for young people In Tamale, Ghana, through cultural heritage and formal education.  We work to shape the future of young people through deep cultural knowledge through drum, dance and language studies and formal education after school support. We are raising funds to support ongoing programming and also to build a center for TYDCC. Help us provide a strong foundation for these children and their families. Tiyumba Youth Development & Cultural Center is based in Tamale, northern Ghana and is run by Master Drummer & Dancer Fatawu Sayibu who lives both in Minneapolis, Minnesota and in Tamale, Ghana for part of the year.
