TSH Beer, Wine and Entertainment License

Tiny Schnitzel Haus is a small family business serving authentic German cuisine since October 2022. We opened with a dream of making people happy through food and giving them a taste of what a real home-cooked German meal is like. Being a small family business, we are trying our best to achieve this dream out of pocket without much help from the big banks. In our first year of business, we had our sights set on obtaining our beer and wine license. After all, what is German food without beer? As time went on, we quickly learned that enclosing the open patio was a much more pressing matter due to the ever changing Texas weather. This enclosure is nearly complete yet has cost us more than we expected. We have a dream to become a new, fun hang out spot to enjoy great food, drinks, and entertainment. There are so many plans in the works for a beer garden, live music, outdoor movies, Octoberfest and Christmas market, just to name a few. With all of this, there comes a high cost for the wine/beer license and entertainment licenses such as movie licensing. For this reason, we are reaching out for some help.
