Tim's Stroke Recovery Fund

On December 26th, 2017, my Dad, Tim Root suffered a stroke that has left him disabled and out of work for the time being. He was left with left sided weakness leaving him unable to stand for longer than a couple minutes, difficulty speaking and swallowing, and inability to perform many daily tasks. He will be faced with ongoing physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as seeking assistance of a nutritionist and behavioral therapist. Tim will be incurring many medical bills throughout the next few months, and it is unknown when he will be able to go back to work. He already has used up his paid time off, and vacation time, and till he is cleared to work again (which is currently unknown), he will have no income coming in, leaving him with medical debt and no way to pay his motgage or bills.
