Record Orchestra: MM Final Project

Hello, I am in the last phase of my Master's program in music composition. I have written and orchestrated a body of work specifically designed for youth orchestra--and more specifically, ensembles that are part of outreach programs. 
What is different is the instrumentation--I have included instruments such as alto and tenor saxophones, and omitted instruments not commonly encountered in this setting, such as the oboe and bassoon. 
The music is challenging and engaging, yet playable and rewarding for the musicians and entertaining for the audience. The pieces are whimsical, serious, melancholy, introspective, and at times, quirky and fun.
Hiring the 22 musicians, conductor, studio, and engineer are very expensive. I need, and desire, a quality recording to represent my work to present to orchestra directors, conductors, and publishing companies. 
I wish to record in Autumn in order to finish my degree this year. Thank you!!!
