Time To Smile Again

Hi, friends.. It was suggested that I set this up to defray costs for my dental situation, so I am posting this. As most of you know, I was a caregiver for my grandmother and mother for 8 years. Those of you who have gone through that process personally know that it's incredibly easy to get so caught up with those loved ones that you don't take care of yourself. I have been fortunate to never even had so much as a cavity or toothache, so when I suddenly lost a tooth last November, I was shocked to hear that I needed several teeth pulled and major dental work. Besides the obvious, I was shattered by this. I had just lost my mom suddenly a few months before, and this was another unexpected blow.  In a nutshell, I have degenerative bone loss in my lower jaw. I'm going to lose several teeth that need to be replaced. This is all pretty traumatic and new to me- especially without dental insurance. However, I found someone I think will help with the tooth replacement as well as the regular dental stuff. I want to get this done as soon as I can so I can move on with my life and go forward with a positive future. I have forthcoming appointments in October, and hope to have this done by my birthday in November. I can manage a bit of the cost, but I'm also raising money for another financial emergency, so my part time wages aren't going to stretch far. I feel incredibly uncomfortable doing this-I feel like I've asked far too much of everyone in the past few years. If you feel you want to kick in anything, I'll appreciate it. If not, that's ok, too.
