Time to battle for our friend Tiffany Mullins

Hi, my name is Katherine Baldwin, and I am starting this page in support of my best friend, Tiffany Mullins and her family, as they embark on this new journey in their lives. Tiffany and I met 12 years ago as Pediatric ICU nurses and our bond has grown through the years, as we helped to support each other and most importantly, the children and their families throughout our nursing careers in the ICU. It is now time for all of us to turn our love and support to Tiffany’s family.

February 23rd, Tiffany took her son, Lincoln, to the Emergency Room after he woke up and her momma instincts just told her something didn’t seem right. After some initial bloodwork, they were told they were going to be admitted to the oncology floor at our children’s hospital. By 5:00 they were told Lincoln had B Cell ALL. First thing on the morning of February 24th, Lincoln was in the Operating room getting his Port placed to start his battle against leukemia that evening.

Lincoln is wise beyond his 5 years of age and has one of the purest and most loving hearts you will ever meet in a child. Superheroes have always been his favorite toys, and now it is his turn to actually become his own superhero and kick this cancers butt!

It is time for us to wrap our arms around them and to do what we can to help their family. Richie is a teacher and they have a younger son Bishop at home who loves his big brother madly. They will need help with medical bills and all the additional expenses from living at the hospital for months at a time, missed work, and just all the things that are changing in the blink of an eye in their lives. Most importantly, please pray for all of them as they need all the emotional support they can get as well at this time.
