Tim Skellenger Recovery
Donation protected
As many of you know, a few weeks ago, on 9/18/17, Tim Skellenger suffered an unexpected and severe stroke. Tim is my sisters father-in-law and is one of the healthiest and most athletic guys I know! Tim is Dad to Cody (26), Darian (19), and Georgia Belle Skellenger (6). He is also Grandpa to Harlyn (0). Tim is best known for his LOVE of sports. When he isn’t working at Black Oak or spending time with his kids, Tim is reffing basketball, umpiring softball, playing softball, or playing/coaching/watching hockey. Tims stroke, at age 50, is very serious. He spent a week at the local hospital where it was clear they did not have the specialized care he desperately needed. Tim is now in an acute rehab facility out of town. His family is spending their free hours driving a few hours each way to visit him and figure out this new life. His future road is long, and this journey for Tim and his family is an unexpected challenge. We have hope for Tim’s recovery, but need help. I’m asking you to please donate whatever you can. The medical bills will be ongoing for many years at this point. I am also asking for prayers. Please lift up Tim and his family. Thank you!
