Tim is Trapped, please help!

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Tim.  I’m a father of 3 of the most amazing children and a full-time frontline worker.  I have been living in my car since February 2020.  Below is a letter that my closest friend sent to as many media outlets as he could in order to try to help get me out of my situation.  After this concerned and desperate email was sent out, Toronto Life kindly picked up my story.  Please take the time to read the letter below that started this movement and most importantly, click the link to read my memoir published by the amazing people at Toronto Life.  I understand everyone isn’t in a position to help but even just sharing the GoFundMe will help bring more awareness about the “hidden homeless" and help me get out of my car and back with my kids regularly.  Thank you so much for your time and kindness.

“To whom it may concern,

I'm not sure if this will even get to someone or if anyone cares.

I have a story of a man who works as a pharmacist technician, but lives in his car due to child support for his 3 children.  NOTE:  He is not behind on child support, he lives in his car because he can't afford to get a place and pay child support.

Feb 1st will be a year, so he was in his vehicle through the entire pandemic.  Imagine that.  How does this happen?  How does a man who puts everything he can into society gets to live in his car, while a pile of garbage skips out on child support and nothing happens?

I write to you as a friend who grew up with this gentleman.  I will be emailing multiple news stations hoping someone will pick up this story.

My hopes is to make people aware that there are people out there like him.  Homeless, scrambling on Saturday morning to find a place to take a shit because of the pandemic?  It isn't right.  This and these stories are the tip of the iceberg from what him and I have spoken about during this last year.

If this sparks any interest, please email me back.  I am MORE than willing to talk to someone in detail about this situation.  I'm basically looking for a miracle for him.

Thanks for your time.

-Jason
