Tiki's knee repair surgery



My dog, best friend and ESA has torn her ACL.
I rescued her from a bad situation when she was just 3 weeks old. I weaned her myself. She was one of the many animals I have rescued and fostered over the years but only the second to win a special forever spot in my heart and my home.
She is my Tiki.
We have always had such a special bond and I would and have done anything for her. This dog goes everywhere with me. My quality of life is so much better having her wonderful soul around. For that I make sure no matter what, her life is awesome.  No matter what is going on, her needs are a priority for me. I have never slacked in her care, training or excercise requirements. I always joke that she has more friends then I do, but it's true! I've never met a person that didn't like her.
I have asked some family members for photos of me and Tiki together to share. I could share some of the thousands of pictures of my cute and quirky dog...but I think showing you how other people see us through their eyes would mean much more. 
I am currently out of work until spring 2018 due to a bad work related shoulder injury. My workmans comp checks are only $200 a week, it is impossible to get a loan with so little proof of income...no matter how great my credit. I am unable to make the payments, I understand. Waiting until I am back to work and on my feet again will cause irreparable damage to the joint of her knee. Which means even after surgery this amazing and active 3yr old dog would be left with severe arthritis in her leg. The things we love to do together: hiking, swimming, state/national park adventures and beach trips will always cause her pain. I am a long time supporter of many animal help organizations and I promise I will pay it forward many times over after I am working again, as I always have. I hope  I can get her into surgery asap with your help, every $1 helps!
It kills me to see her in so much pain and unable to do the things she loves...and knowing the longer I wait the worse it will be when it is repaired. I have never seen anything with more joy then Tiki's face when she is running.
