Tikanni's Tribe
Hi everyone,
As some of you have met our beautiful Tikanni you know how much he means to me and my family.
On Tuesday the 25th of June he started showing distress and was unable to sleep. The following Wednesday morning he started vomiting and was very disorientated. We took him to a vet who then referred us to the Canberra animal referral hospital. There they have diagnosed him with a liver disease. The shunt to his liver is not working like it should be and is disposing the toxins in his body to his blood. He lost his sight and hearing, however with the care of animal referral hospital he is in stable but critical condition. His sight has returned as has his hearing. Hopefully his surgery will be within the next week, when he is stable enough to undergo it.
We unfortunately can not afford the surgery alone, however with your help we can. He is only 10 weeks old and after this surgery he will be able to live a full and happy life with us. If you could find it in your hearts to donate for his cause, I would be forever grateful. He means the world to me and my family and would love to be able to give him this life saving surgery.
His funds will be used for his blood tests and all other tests required, his CT Scan, His anesthetic, his surgery and of course his hospital stay. Any left over money will be donated to the Animal Referral Hospital for their help and care.
Please help us give our puppy a second chance of life and to live a happy life.
Thank you All for your support and help in our time of need.
