Tierra's Study Abroad Trip

Hi everyone! I am from Memphis, TN and am currently a senior majoring in Food Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  As some of you may know, this year I have decided to go outside my comfort zone and study abroad. Therefore, I was incredibly excited when I received my acceptance letter to study abroad this May in Holland, France, and Germany.

While abroad, I will have the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of international gardens and landscapes. I hope to gain an appreciation for foreign culture and build many unforgettable moments to share with everyone when I return.

I am raising money to help cover expenses (flight, tuition, room/board, local transportation, meals). I am very excited about this opportunity, because I have never been out the country.
