Help Tia Tackle Breast Cancer and Fertility Future

Please consider helping us to raise funds for our dear friends Tia and Michael.

Two short years ago, Tia and Michael packed up their life, moved across the country from CA to CT, where they bought their first home with intentions to get married and start a family. Little did any of us know, they would soon become the perfect puzzle piece to our neighborhood clan and have quickly become family to us.

Unfortunately, Tia has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and she’s only 32 years old. In short, she has not only had to navigate the cancer diagnosis and everything that comes with that (scans, biopsies, MRIs, bloodwork, consults, mental exhaustion)… she has had to navigate many important decisions for their future fertility journey. Along with the cancer, the treatments, and the plans ahead, her and her husband Michael have decided to retrieve and preserve Tia’s eggs before starting chemo, in hopes to then do IVF in the future.

That said, with both the costs of cancer screening/treatments and fertility journey expenses … the financial burden is something they shouldn’t have to worry about during this challenging time.

Did I mention how selfless, genuine, and wonderful these people are?!
