We are Thyroid Cancer Database Trust.
Thyroid Cancer Database Trust aims to build and maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of thyroid cancer patients in the UK for thyroid cancer research purposes.
The trust will work closely with medical professionals who are contributors and users of the database and employ appropriate and secure technology and human resources in building and managing the database.
Thyroid cancer is a rare type of cancer, although it's one of the fastest growing cancer types. A comprehensive and accurate database can enable medical professionals to conduct in-depth research to enhance the treatment and management of thyroid cancer, improve patients’ quality of life and maximise cure rates for patients.
In order to provide the resources needed for this research continuous funding is required. We appreciate your continued support.
