OUR WHY
Only 6% of women make it to executive-level roles over the span of their careers.
Women and gender minorities are not well represented in leadership roles and we wish to change that.
One of the mains reasons for this gap is the inherited bias that women and gender minorities have, which stops them from aiming high and taking risks.
By working on core skills and building up confidence, marginalized groups can excel in any industry.
We at Thousand Eyes On Me want to bridge the existing gap and that's why we are launching this campaign.

WHO WE ARE
Thousand Eyes On Me is a personal branding and talent development platform for women and gender minorities who want to unleash their full potential, gain confidence, and become strong influential leaders.
Our mission is to equip female and minority role models to climb the career ladder in all industries, encourage the young generation to go after their dreams, and enable powerful leaders.
We are a nonprofit organization with a global mission to provide more opportunities for women, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of color) societies to have larger representatives in leadership roles. We strive to build cohesive communities that serve as a platform for each one of us to learn from each other, support each other, and reach great heights together.
Our team is made of a group of international youthful individuals ranging from entrepreneurs and engineers to artists and marketers, who strongly believe the key to diminishing the gender gap is by recognizing individuals values and providing continuous growth opportunities for everyone.
WHAT WE DO
With our tailor-made programs, we help individuals hone their leadership skills, explore their full potential, and “Unleash their Inner Star”.
We focus on both hard and soft skills and provide personal coaching on areas that form the core essence of a successful leader. These include self-leadership, personal branding, and storytelling, negotiation and conflict resolution, digital marketing, public speaking, and writing.
Our programs are fully online and are designed to create the right mindset and boost confidence, accessible to anyone anywhere around the world, and led by experienced world-class experts and coaches.
We also work as a media platform for sharing the story of inspiring role models who have paved the paths of success. With our podcast series, Thousand Voices, we let everyone’s voices be heard.
WHAT ARE WE FUNDRAISING FOR
Your donations will help us to cover the operational costs such as building infrastructure, creation of courses and course material, onboarding industry leaders and experts, and ensuring a majority of people can afford the training through discounted prices.
Our team members are working relentlessly to ensure that we provide free access to courses and resources to the underprivileged people. In addition to this, we would require good technology infrastructure and money for our podcast platform so as to ensure everyone's story is shared and we help as many individuals as possible across the world.
HOW YOUR INVESTMENT WILL LOOK LIKE
€20: Covers 1 Live Q&A session cost with an expert for a qualified participant in need
€50: Covers 1 month of basic membership or a leadership course from world-renowned experts for a qualified emerging leader in need (100% free of costs)
€100: Pays for 1-month cost of production of Thousand Voices podcast series
€500: Pays for 1 month of “keep the lights on” mandatory operational expenses
€1,000: Covers 20% of courses and coaching sessions from world-renowned experts, for 10 basic members for 1 month
€5,000: Covers for 1 year of standard fixed costs to maintain our continued online presence and a quality community network
€10,000: Pays for providing premium member services, as a donation from Thousand Eyes On Me to 10 participants - focused on underprivileged communities
€20,000: Pays for paid internships for “emerging leaders in need” at Thousand Eyes On Me for, and in return, build an advanced technology infrastructure for long-run - target is to employ 4 full-time interns over a period of 2 years with a goal to build a dynamic course delivery platform in year # 1, and develop career networking and recruitment features for members in year # 2.
