Thoi's Trip to Nationals

Oil City Crew Dragon Boat Club is heading to Canadian National Championships in August, in Welland, Ontario. Thoi is our boats steers-person and we won't be able to compete without him. Dragon Boating has been a passion of Thoi's for many years, and he has competed with Oil City Crew (OCC) since 2009. He has steered us to many victories. We couldn't have done it without him, and we hope we don't have to.

Since Thoi is such an important member of our team, we need him at Nationals (August 2-6, 2017). We (OCC) will be traveling from Edmonton, Alberta and spending 5 days in Welland in order to compete for one of the top 5 spots at Club Crew Worlds in Hungary in 2018.

A father of two who works full time to support his family both here in Canada and back home in Vietnam, Thoi is unable to spend the extra money to travel with the team. These funds would help to cover the cost of Thoi's airfare and accommodation, as he is unable to fund his travels on his own.
