TL;DR:
Remember that Writing Program I applied for and couldn't afford?
I GOT IN!
Please Halp!

Alright people...
Good news, and Bad news.
Good news!
I have been accepted into an eight-month program that is focused on helping me draft, revise, and publish literary essays in the community of ten fellow writers. It's a Grubstreet program that will meet weekly, and is taught by a very talented writer who is also a POC and was once on Stories from the Stage :)
Bad news...
I stay hella broke. I was initially not accepted for any scholarship assistance, and the program costs $3,995. I recently found out I would be awarded $1k in scholarship (yayyyy), so I brought this GFM goal down to reflect that.
My guaranteed monthly income minus rent and bills (not including gas or food) is $680. I live the life that you see on a budget of $200 a week, and make up that gap with non-guaranteed gigs.
I really need help. I really believe that this program will help my writing, my self-accountability to write, and help me learn the ins and outs to get published. My long term goal (eeks cant believe I'm saying this outloud) is to write a book of a collection of essays, and I see this as a step towards that.
So, can you help? I am setting up a payment plan, and I would *really* like to be at a monthly of maybe $100? I'm so close!! So...can you help? <3
Feel free to PM, DM or comment any questions.

I get by on magic and mac'n'cheese. But that won't pay for the program:
