OMG OMG OMG for those who know me (Beth) know that this dream has been a long time coming, a very looooong and difficult road (worse than Big Moose Rd!)
Believe it or not they finally signed the papers, and I can now after more than four years of trying to purchase The Wayback move forward.
I will be changing the name of the establishment back to The Little Fox.
The money you donate will help with getting the restaurant up and running. It will be used for legal fees, start-up costs and demonstrate to the bank that I have the wherewithal to make this dream become a reality.
My goal is to raise my target of $50,000 by end of May 2016. I'm applying for a Small Business Administration loan and will need to get the corporation set up and established by that time.
I have a real passion for the restaurant business and the Adirondack's and cannot wait to be a part of it full time. I am deeply grateful for any amount that you can donate OR even your personal time and expertise to help in getting The Little Fox up and running.
