Thomas Balsamo has filled our lives and filled our homes with his artistic photography, films and books. His philanthropic work has made us laugh and cry while touching our hearts for 36 years. Thomas’ passion for humanity has allowed him to capture the essence and soul of our lives. His gift has served many.
Thomas has been diagnosed with stage 4 Mantle Cell Lymphoma. The Friends of Thomas is a group of Barrington residents who, like many of you, have been touched by Thomas’ work. The Friends of Thomas have set up a fundraiser to offset the unexpected costs of uncovered medical treatment and additional unforeseen financial obligations during this difficult time.
This is our opportunity to give back to a man who has served our community in so many ways. His quest to capture a glimpse of people’s souls through their eyes has given a voice to many. His work has brought attention to numerous causes and has given a voice to those with special needs.
Thomas has three sons. Join us in making sure that he is around to see them finish school, find their passions, and have families of their own. In addition, Thomas has more work to do in this world. We are asking for support to help Thomas during this critical time of need.
