This campaign is raising money for a series of film screenings & musiQ and literary salons for girls ages 13-19. The Eternal Empress Girls Tour is the answer to the continuous and relentless attack on the feminine power of girls and women that uses the evergrowing all powerful mainstream media as its main weapon. We are destroying the weapons and changing the world, woman by woman, girl by girl.
The Eternal Empress is casual t~shirt couture, apparel and accessories that pays homage to Black Renaissance Women Icons, Dorothy Dandridge, Pam Grier, Lena Horne, Eartha Kitt, and many more. Our designs are divined and inspired by the powerfully profound legacy of these iconic women. The Eternal Empress celebrates the power, the intelligence, the passionate prowess, the charms, the sensuality, and the divine femininity of these trailblazing Black women.
The Eternal Empress funds The Eternal Empress Girls Tour, a non-profit mission that screens films, and hosts book and musiQ clubs in high schools throughout the nation. Film, book, and musiQ selections are chosen from the book, The Rainbow Resource: The Must Have Media List for Maidens Becoming Mammas, Mavericks, Mavens, and MaQicWomen. The select media is intended to educate, evolve and empower our h girls, nurturing their self-esteem, self-image, and self-worth.
Participating girls will receive an Eternal Empress drawstring bag with the following contents: a variety of Eternal Empress items including: t-shirts, notebooks, cosmetic cases, and pocket mirrors, along with femininely focused books, musiQ, and film and a selection promotional paraphrenalia for beauty products and health and wellness services. The Eternal Empress Girls Tour assists high school libraries with ensuring specific titles are included in their girl empowerment reading and viewing lists, designating a section of their media center for girls, and stocking the section with media focused on girls’ empowerment and feminine exploration.
