The UK Peaks for Annie!

In Feb 2016 my 12 year old sister Annie was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her left thigh. She underwent 8 months of gruelling chemotherapy followed by extensive surgery, which involved removing her left hip, thigh and knee to be replaced by a metal prosthesis.
In November the same year following a routine scan she required further surgery to remove secondary tumours from her lungs.
The week before Christmas during a physiotherapy session we found a new, more aggressive tumour in her left leg. This resulted in a high amputation of her leg.
Her progress was then haltered due to secondary's been found once again in her lungs. This required further hospitalisation and surgery. Annie spent the remainder of the summer recuperating at home having spent 18 months in and out of hospital. We have now been informed that the cancer has returned to her lungs and that surgery is no longer an option.
Due to treatment over the last 18 months and almost constant fatigue, Annie now requires a lightweight wheel chair that is easy to propel. By taking on this challenge we hope to raise funds that will go towards the purchase of a suitable wheelchair, we will donate to 'Childrens Cancer Research Fund' and Bone Cancer Reasearch Trust. We also hope to raise awareness of osteosarcoma and give something back to those that have supported both Annie and my family throughout this journey to help ensure they can continue their amazing work!
So here is our challenge...........
The warm up, Yorkshire three peaks in 12 hours on Annies birthday, 1st March 2018.
*** Postponed due to weather, Rearranged date 6th April 2018***
The main event, UK three peaks (Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike, Snowdon) in 24 hours on 31st May 2018.
This will be followed by a charity auction with support from the RAF Rugby League Association.
