THE STORY
We're bringing back The White Dragon Noodle Bar to Burning Man 2019! The White Dragon was first brought to life, breathing fire and spicy ramen, in 2018, as part of Golden Guy Village. We're back in Golden Guy Village this year, at 7:15 & E.
The team had an ambitious goal of building an entire bar (with no prior experience!) and serving the playa with our gifts of food and drink. It took over 4 months to build and a team of people to make it all happen. As it turned out, with energy and dedication, we were able to be pretty successful at it and brought joy and warmth to many a Burner on a cold night. We served over 100 bowls of spicy vegan ramen per night over 4 nights at Burning Man 2018, along with many cups of sake and beer.
This year, we're looking to recreate that experience and potentially expand it with a mobile ramen broth cart, if we can support the project with time and money. One thing we learned last year was that when people didn't want to wait in line for the full noodle soup experience, they preferred to get hot broth in their cup instead. What if we could provide that to Burners not only at our permanent bar, but also out in the open desert of deep playa?

USE OF FUNDS
We would love your support to help us bring this experience back to life on the playa. All contributions will go towards food & drink gifts, transportation costs of the bar to/from the playa, storage costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. If we generate enough capital through fundraising, we'll do our best to bring a mobile noodle broth cart to life!
