The Veganista Project: Change a life!

Hi my names Dani, I am @Veganista0711 on Instagram. I'm a local vegan cook. A few years ago I came down with a chronic autoimmune illness. Because of this illness, I am not able to taste or enjoy food the way I used to.

However, my sense of smell and my memory of all the fragrances are my strongest asset.

The past two winters I have been in a coma, the cold weather in Germany doesn't agree with my disease. The doctors have told me that in order to survive this winter there is a new type of therapy that could help me. The medicine will be in the form of an injection and dosed 3 times per week.

I would be so appreciative of anything you can give towards my cause, so I can continue to do what I love which is spreading joy and happiness through my cooking.

I've been extremely lucky to find Frix Media who are helping me set myself up in the digital world. Our plan is to take my cooking online for the Stuttgart area to enjoy and maybe for the rest of the world to learn a thing or two about original vegan recipes.
