Greetings !! Hello!! Bonjour! Hola! My friends-- Sailing Spyridon is tucked away for hurricane season. We thought  John may be faced with the reality of needing surgery, but the problem has lifted and we already had a form of transportation in case we had to attend regular checkups. We also prefer to travel with mother nature. Van life isn't the life we want. BUT! We can turn this good health opportunity and flip the van so that we could inspire someone to step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves to live a dream. Traveling does amazing things for your mental health and after the past 2 years--So many people feel stuck, Infected with the someday disease. One of my favorite authors who wrote The 4 day work week said in his book in which I highlighted-

“For all of the most important things, the timing always sucks. Waiting for a good time to quit your job? The stars will never align and the traffic lights of life will never all be green at the same time. The universe doesn't conspire against you, but it doesn't go out of its way to line up the pins either. Conditions are never perfect. "Someday" is a disease that will take your dreams to the grave with you. Pro and con lists are just as bad. If it's important to you and you want to do it "eventually," just do it and correct course along the way.”

When planning a life of travel John and I decided the most important decision we needed to make was, when is it time to go? When do we fly away from reality and cross an ocean?  We chose a date, pushed it back a couple of months but then ultimately decided we would never be ready and we needed to stick to our departure day. . So we did, and the week we spent crossing the ocean, was the week the rest of the world was shutting down and panic set. We ultimately decided that sailing was social distancing and kept on our adventure. We chased our dreams and now it is time to gift something beautiful to someone who wants/needs this opportunity.  We love and appreciate all who have donated so far we wish you could all win!! But there will be one and we hope it is you ;)

The NEW plan:
Let's get to why you are actually reading this!! Donations make this possible and we have set the goal at 50k so we can properly build out the van to its fullest potential, however! We don't expect to put 50k into it. We would like to put a newer more economical motor inside, plumbing, solar, we would like to find an artist to do the exterior, and support this artist of course. We also want to provide the plane tickets to come to get the van and send them off with some cash in hand so they can travel worry-free!

When we first started we were taking $5 donations to be entered. This was to get the ball rolling and I have written down everyone who has donated before July 10th, 2020, Original statement still applies to those people If you have questions dm me We will be doing a shoutout video on our Youtube soon.

New donation rates!!
$10 gives to the opportunity to win
$20 will get your name in the bus
$50+ will get your name into the drawing 5x and you get a free journal that I have created! I am making 3 kinds of journals, Travel van/ Bus
life, sailboat life, and blank paged journals for sketching or project planning. Your choice!

If you are a major company interested in sponsoring the movement please send me a dm . Thank you:)
Thanks again, everybody! and I hope you have a wonderful day!!

Exit strategy:

We are by no means trying to scam people. The goal is to make 50k so we have some cushion room on the build, and some travel money for who ever wins. If we do not make it close to our goal we will have to sell it to at least make back what we put into it.. We will send an email out asking if you would like your donation back--worst case senario  --we cant raise enough to at least cover what we put into it. This is an act of kindness and we truly hope you all see the beauty behind this project and continue to support us through this. Thank you for understanding
