The Song Family

Won Song has been silently battling cancer for a few years now. He is a private man who works hard for his family and is the sole breadwinner. Because of the intense therapy he has been going through to battle this horrific disease, they have fallen short on rent payments and the medical bills are above and beyond what they can fathom paying.  The stress of this not only adds pressure to the entire family but also affects Won’s health. He is a man full of heart and would give you the shirt off his back. His two sons, Ryan and Aidan are his pride and JOY!! Both boys are sweet and kind and full of adorable mischief like their father, once you get to know them. His wife is known as Annie in the baseball community and she is always smiling and laughing and enjoying her boys. I have seen this community rally together and take care of ‘their own’ so many times. This is one of those moments when your donations are so needed!! This family is not well known and keep to themselves because of their language barrier but they are the most loving, kind and fun family when you get to know them!!
We would love to see Won fight this battle and win it with no extra burdens to carry....
Money should never be the cause of fear or anxiety. We are a community who lifts one another up! When a brother needs help, we are there to lend a hand. I have seen Won brought to tears for little things such as taking his boys for the weekend.
