As many of you already know my best friend, Brittany Smallwood, very tragically lost the Love of her life. Wale and A’niyah, their children lost their amazing father! His mother lost her only son, his father his son and late night fishing partner, and his sister’s, their only brother. Plus, many family and friends lost a great man! Willie Smallwood was the most kind, genuine, loving, happy, generous, giving person I have ever met in life! Nothing in this world meant more to him than his family and friends! To know him is to love him! His smile and laugh were infectious! Last year he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare form of cancer, which him and his family were navigating through given this tragic diagnosis. As they started getting ready for his upcoming stem cell procedure That was scheduled for 4/24/24, he was doing what he loved best; spending time with family and friends. As he was on his way to attend a softball game for a family member he was involved in a fatal crash. This is such a sudden horrific tragedy! Nothing will ever fix the tremendous loss everyone is suffering from! With that being said, I am reaching out to everyone to see if we all can come together and help his family, who he loved more than anything in this world! If you knew Willie, you know without hesitation he willingly helped anyone in need. Now is our turn to return the favor! The family has not asked for this. Let’s all come together and show them the love and support they’ve always shown us! Thank you all in advance!!! Proceeds will go to kids college funds!
