So today I took a call from a good ideal installer who appeared distressed.After a conversation I discovered that one of his customers has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
The husband has been made redundant and there whole world has fallen apart .
They have two young children and still want to make Christmas right for them.
If things could not get any worse there old boiler had to be condemned today.
So my installer who wishes to remain anonymous is going to supply and fit one of our logic max boilers free of charge .
He was so taken back by the families heartache he wanted to something right.
I have nothing but admiration for him and he has given the family Heating and hot water.
Times like these we all can make a difference to those in desperate need.
I just felt that this had to be shared among our community.

So after putting this post on the ideal boilers installer group installers suggested that i set up this giving page.
If we can raise enough just to cover the cost of the boiler we can help this family through the worst of times.
I work for Ideal boilers as the area sales manager.
My installers story touched me because after loosing my wife 11 years ago to cancer I know the devastation it leaves.
I also felt that I could make a difference to this family going through extremely dark times.
with Christmas around the corner the family deserves to feel not alone.
The page will close Sunday evening and funds transferred so the installer can complete the installation and the family can not worry about there boiler over this period and the future.
