The Secret History of Kindness

Hello,I am an employee that works in the Intensive Care Unit at the Lakeshore General Hospital. Together with my work family, we are coming together to help a co-worker in need. Amelie-Eve Seguin an RN. A strong woman a good friend, a mother and a daughter. Someone who has been helping those in need for very many years at the Lakeshore Hospital. She started from the bottom and helped many lives of very sick people. Has worked through an intense pandemic that will haunt many of us for a very long time. She was there day in and day out alongside her team.

This fundraiser is to help someone who has and still will always help us,

Let me explain,

Unfortunately, this family of three has become a family of two.

He was a husband, a father, a son and a friend, has left us way too young (44). Behind he has left his wonderful wife Amelie and beautiful 4-year-old daughter Abigail.

With much love, Joshua Lemish tried to hang on even with all his many complications. Unfortunately, it was announced with heavy hearts, on September 17th, 2022, heaven gained an angel. He is now silently looking over his family, to help them get through their broken hearts and tears, to watch them laugh and smile again.

Today I am asking for some help. The family has hit a financial snag. With all that is going on, I feel that we can all come together to give a helping hand.

We must remember in life that we will never know or understand how our neighbor is truly feeling or what he or she is going through. We simply forget that just being ourselves should be enough to be loved or liked. As humans, we should want to be the reason someone we cross paths with smiles today. Someone we may or may not know is out there holding their breath but if we focus on the good, the good will increase.

We can be the ones that can and will make our neighbor smile today.
