The Schuldt Family

Ten months ago, Mark was diagnosed with stage four, non-operable, esophageal cancer. This vicious form of cancer has spread quickly and has taken the deepest toll on Mark over these last ten months. Mark is very weak and his chemotherapy has been unsuccessful. Cara has decided to put her job at the hospital on hold so that she can stay home to assist and care for him. 

Mark came into our family thirty years ago and he quickly became a staple in our lives. Mark is kind, joyful, hardworking, selfless, and is the type of guy who has always put his family's needs above his own. Every person who has had the opportunity to get to know Mark and Cara, know that they are amazing, generous, fun-loving and adored by their friends and family. 

Mark and Cara have lived life to the fullest and created three amazing girls, Maddie(19), Ella(13), and Abby(12). These young ladies are growing into strong, beautiful women. Cara and the girls idolize and adore Mark. He has been their rock and their guidance in life and has always done it with a smile. 

Our support will help ease the financial burdens that they face with day-to-day expenses and incoming medical bills.
