We asking you to join us in making a difference? We are raising money to benefit the students at Green Street Academy, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
The SALSA Project seeks to provide STEM Activities for Learning Sustainable Agriculture (SALSA). Students will work to design, develop, and deploy custom Computer Controlled Agriculture Environmental Systems to grow fresh fruits and vegetables in densely populated urban areas. These systems will provide much-needed nutritional support in the food deserts these students often reside or traverse.
In addition to a myriad of sustainably farmed fruits and vegetables, the students seek to develop healthy high nutrition foods. Their first endeavor will be a mico-lot of limited edition craft salsas.
