The Russell Caiola Fund

Donation protected
On behalf of Mariann, Kaitlin, Jake, and Noelle, it is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Russell. He left us peacefully on the evening of October 13 surrounded by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers and for those who would like to assist in some way, we will continue to collect donations on this website. The funds collected in honor of Russell will provide a measure of support and comfort to the Caiola family during this difficult time. Please continue to share this page with your family and friends.

--------------------------------------

On May 30, 2018 our lives were forever changed when our dear friend Russell Caiola was diagnosed with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Russell retired from UPS at the end of 2017 after a distinguished career of 30 years. He went on to pursue a career at one of our local schools only to be diagnosed with this grave disease a few months later.

Russell and Mariann have been married for 30 years and have raised three wonderful children - Kaitlin, Jake, and Noelle. Those of you that know Russell and Mariann, know that they are two of the most caring, generous, loyal, and loving people. Their door is always opened to family and to friends that they call family.

Russell is the man who is always rooting for everyone else. At gatherings, he is known to purchase a lotto a ticket for every single person there, whether he knew who you were or not - That is just the type of man he is. It is our turn to root for Russell and to come together to support the family that has always been there for us.

It is our hope that together we can alleviate some of the burden faced by the Caiola family so that they may focus on Russell’s recovery and on each other. No amount is too small, and all proceeds will go directly to the Caiola family. We invite you to spread the word and to share this page with your family and friends.
