The Remote

Dearest friends,

On approximately the 25th of August, 2020, a crime was committed. A crime that may only be described as domestic terrorism unfolded in a small college town just outside of Houston, TX. An anonymous criminal broke into our residence and thieved our beloved Samsung TV remote. To my dismay, charges to the extent of almost $10 were placed forth. In an economy like this, we ask that you dig deep down into those pockets and share whatever you can to alleviate some of the financial burden that the disappearance of this electronic accessory has placed on the backs of innocent bystanders. 

The criminals have yet to be identified and are still on the loose. They are considered to be armed and dangerous. Most likely armed with a remote and/or other household weapons.
